The Challenge

A leading precision engineering firm needed a robust, space-efficient storage solution for 4.5m-long, 1,000kg components. The system had to work seamlessly with man-up trucks and counterbalance forklifts, while maintaining easy access and safe handling.

Our Solution

We designed and installed a bespoke cantilever racking system using our high-performance Super Cant range.

The system provides 100% selectivity, so every item can be stored and retrieved effortlessly. With uniform column spacing and a tight 100mm vertical pitch, the design maximises vertical capacity while minimising wasted space — delivering strength, safety, and accessibility in one.
