SUPERBUILD – Pallet Racking System

Traditional pallet racking product with centrally placed frame bracing. Unique upright profile, optimised for transportation with 50mm pitch.

Produced from EN10204 certified high tensile structural steel accompanied by a 3.1 certificate. All Superbuild pallet racking components are produced using Sendzimir galvanised steel. Beams may also be provided with an additional powder coated layer which both provides additional protection and exceptional visibility.

UNIBUILD – Heavy Duty Pallet Racking System

High performance pallet racking profile for heavy duty applications including rack clad warehouses, Drive-In’s, gravity and other automated systems.

Thanks to its unique 130mm wide upright profile Unibuild is the answer in the most technically challenging environments of the industry.

DRIVE-IN RACKING

Drive-in racking is suitable for dense storage of single SKU pallets where there are only a few product types and the goods are not required to be regularly moved or rotated. Fork lifts drive into the storage lanes to either deposit or retrieve pallets thus eliminating operating aisles and saving valuable space.

Main advantages:

Effective control of the warehouse space with upwards of 85% utilisation
Operating aisles are not required, saving valuable space
Provides an excellent solution for storing in cold stores where frozen goods are kept

There are two operating systems both using the same storage design, first is drive-in racking which can be accessed from one end and therefore product is first in last out. The second is drive-through racking where access to product is from both ends and as such the first pallet in is the first pallet out (FIFO).

SUPERCANT – Boltless, galvanised cantilever system
